Khaberni - A recent study published by the Ministry of Business and Trade in the United Kingdom indicated that artificial intelligence is capable of assisting employees with various neurodiversities, such as those suffering from hyperactivity, attention deficit, dyslexia, and autism in their work, according to a report published by "CNBC".
The report indicates that artificial intelligence agents specifically helped them work in a manner similar to regular employees, as they were able to compensate for their deficiencies.
Tara Dezeau, who holds a position in marketing management at a company and suffers from compound-type hyperactivity and attention deficit disorder, says, "Standing and walking during meetings means I do not take notes, but now artificial intelligence can come and summarize the entire meeting in text and choose the higher-level topics."
The diversity of artificial intelligence tools allows their use in different aspects of the workplace, as they can be customized for specific types of uses or even to be of general use that everyone can benefit from, and the report mentions that companies and bodies employing people with different neurodiversities see a greater return than those that avoid them.
The report also notes that the most used tools in these cases are note-taking tools, meeting scheduling, and even internal communication tools enhanced with artificial intelligence.
Companies and civil rights associations are now pushing for the use of artificial intelligence tools as one of the solutions designed to make workplaces more inclusive and comfortable for users with various neurodiversities.
The report refers to a non-profit entity called Human Intelligence, aiming to use artificial intelligence tools in the workplace to reduce discrimination against those with neurodiversities.
