Khaberni - The Dean of Student Affairs / Cultural and Social Activities Division at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan organized a guidance workshop titled "Unleash Yourself", presented by Engineer Ahmad Al-Jafout, targeting first-year students, with the presence of the Vice Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Mamoun Abu Hamad and several members of the teaching, administrative staff, and students.
During the workshop, Al-Jafout covered various topics about the importance of self-confidence, setting goals, and harnessing personal capabilities to face academic and life challenges, indicating that the university stage represents a starting point for self-building and skill honing that qualifies students for academic and professional success.
The workshop also included an interactive dialogue between the lecturer and the students, where participants shared their experiences and opinions on ways to develop oneself and overcome anxiety and hesitation, creating a positive and stimulating atmosphere for discussion and learning.
At the end of the workshop, the Vice Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Mamoun Abu Hamad expressed his appreciation to Engineer Ahmad Al-Jafout for his efforts in delivering a richly motivational lecture, emphasizing the university's commitment to organizing such activities that contribute to enhancing the psychological health and self-awareness of students and supporting their university journey with a positive and proactive spirit.
