Khaberni - Luminous University College of Technology and Al Adiyat Rapid Company for Machinery Trading (part of the Manaseer Group) launched the first cohort of students in the "Dual Education" program in a step aimed at directly linking education outcomes with labor market needs.
This innovative system is based on a strategic partnership, whereby the company precisely identifies required skills, and the college designs an integrated study plan (module) that combines intensive theoretical training at the college and full-time practical application at the facilities of "Al Adiyat Rapid" throughout the academic semester.
The most notable advantages of this program are its ability to serve both companies and students alike, as it allows companies the opportunity to qualify local staff capable of meeting their needs accurately and to invest in graduates who have comprehensive theoretical and practical qualification, thereby reducing the costs of training and qualification. At the same time, it provides students with greater employment opportunities after graduation, helps reduce unemployment among them, and enables them to gain practical field experiences in a real work environment using the latest technologies.
The launch of this program stems from the shared vision of the importance of aligning higher education outputs with the requirements of the industrial sector and building a generation of graduates ready for immediate integration into the labor market.
Students, under the supervision of the company's and college's trainers, will work as part of their graduation project in this educational system (module), in collaboration with Al Adiyat Company, on studying the conversion of cars from operating on diesel or gasoline to gas.
