Khaberni - Actress Ayten Amer sustained a direct injury to her right eye while filming a wedding scene in her new series "Everyone Loves Moody," which involved gunfire.
During the filming, a projectile from the gun used in the scene directly struck Ayten Amer's eye, necessitating immediate medical intervention.
The injury caused a bruise in the right eye, and the doctor conducted the necessary examinations and prescribed medications and treatments to reduce inflammation and swelling, with advice for a week of rest and avoiding bright light until her condition stabilizes and she fully recovers.
Ayten Amer will appear in the Ramadan 2026 drama season through the series "Everyone Loves Moody" alongside star Yasser Jalal. Co-starring with her are Mervat Amin, Mostafa Abu Srie', Hoda Al-Atarbi, Jury Baker, Riham El-Shenawany, Yomna Tolan, Judy Masoud, Salwa Othman, Mohsen Mansour, and Ayman Azab, along with Irina Yousri, Miss Egypt 2025.
The series is written by Ayman Salama and directed by Ahmed Shafiq, and is expected to attract viewers with a mix of exciting events and dramatic situations, despite the recent incident that Ayten Amer experienced while filming a sensitive and impactful scene in the series.
