Khaberni - In the context of the approach that Mazen Al-Qadi, the chairman of the House of Representatives, has been pursuing since he took office, aimed to ensure the smooth running of the parliamentary work with a spirit of cooperation and shared responsibility, and to enhance the principles of transparency and openness to public opinion, Al-Qadi directed to allow citizens to attend the legislative sessions of the council with special permissions.

The decision aims to open the doors of the People's House to the public, after a hiatus that lasted since the COVID pandemic.

Parliamentary sources confirmed that this step represents a continuation of Al-Qadi's policy based on openness and communication with everyone, noting that allowing attendance at the sessions with special permissions strengthens public confidence in the legislative institution, and embodies the concept of the House of Representatives as a home for all Jordanians and a place that reflects their pulse and aspirations.

It is expected that this step will enhance the interaction between the council and the citizens, and expand the circle of public participation in monitoring the parliamentary performance and the proceedings of the legislative and supervisory work closely.
