Khaberni - The Greater Amman Municipality has announced the ability to submit health complaints and nuisance complaints electronically through its official website, to facilitate reporting violations that affect public health or cause disturbances in neighborhoods and residential areas.

The complaints regarding individuals include cases such as smoking in public places, emitting annoying smells or sounds, discharging wastewater in non-designated areas, raising animals that cause harm, water accumulation or leakage, lack of property cleanliness, activities harmful to health, and the presence of chimneys that harm others.
As for establishments, complaints can be submitted regarding displaying food items on sidewalks, selling unfit meat, violating health conditions, practicing a profession without a license, serving shisha without a permit, dumping waste in non-designated areas, excavations containing wastewater, raising animals in a non-compliant manner, the presence of harmful chimneys, as well as noise or smells that cause harm.
The municipality also allows submitting complaints about advertising signs through the same link.
