Khaberni - Minister of Justice Dr. Bassam Samir Al-Talhouni stated that it is now possible for citizens to consult any notary in the kingdom to complete their transactions after the amended Notary Law of 2025 came into effect today and was published in the Official Gazette.
Al-Talhouni explained that the law, before amendment, prohibited a citizen from organizing his transaction except through the notary to whom their place of residence is affiliated, and that the new amendment has made it easier for citizens in line with the directives and the lofty royal vision.
