Khaberni - Today, the Jordanian Association of Travel and Tourism Agents held its first meeting of the new board of directors, during which Mahmoud Khasawneh was elected as chairman of the board, and Bilal Rubin as vice-chairman, Ibrahim Nabali as secretary, and Faisal Mirzi as treasurer, in addition to the membership of Samir Derby, Mohammed Jabour, Khaled Quraan, Fadi Abu Areesh, and Mohammed Awwad.

The association confirmed in its statement that the election of the new board represents a launch towards a new phase of joint work, based on cooperation, solidarity, and working with the spirit of one team to serve the travel and tourism offices in the kingdom, and to enhance the status of the tourism sector locally, Arab-wide, and internationally.

The association expressed its appreciation for the members of the general assembly for their active attendance and positive participation, indicating that their trust and continuous support constitute the fundamental pillar for the association's ongoing success and goal achievement.

In concluding its statement, the association affirmed that the responsibility for developing the tourism sector is a collective one, expressing hope that the new board will be a model in transparency, openness, and active participation, and that it will contribute to fulfilling the aspirations of the general assembly and advancing the tourism sector in Jordan.
