Khaberni - Amman Municipality stated that citizens who receive traffic tickets, and believe that they are incorrect or entered by mistake, can object to them electronically.
The Municipality clarified in a post that objections can be easily made through the electronic services / service for objecting to mistakenly entered traffic violations.
According to the service page, there are five points to know about the objection instructions, which are:
1. You must select only one violation to object to its incorrectness.
2. Subsequent sessions will be scheduled when attending the designated session.
3. The individual filing the objection to the inaccuracy of the ticket must personally attend the designated session, bringing an ID (civil status ID) or a valid passport.
4. If unable to attend the designated session, the request can be canceled through the service inquiry in the service to register an objection to a traffic violation, before the date of the session.
5. The objection to the inaccuracy of the violation must be made by the party concerned only.
