Khaberni - On behalf of the Minister of Youth Dr. Raed Sami Al-Adwan, the Assistant Secretary-General for Technical and Strategic Affairs, Dr. Yasin Al-Halil, sponsored today the events of the Arab course in entrepreneurship in the sports field, organized by the Ministry of Youth represented by the Youth Leadership Training Center in cooperation with the Arab League, with the participation of 40 young men and women from 15 Arab countries, attended by the delegate of the Arab League Faisal Ghasal and the director of the Youth Leadership Training Center Dr. Shurooq Al-Hashem.

Al-Halil confirmed in his speech that the cooperation between the Ministry of Youth and the Arab League in organizing this course embodies a shared vision based on unifying Arab efforts in the field of developing youth and sports activities, and investing the latent energies of Arab youth to be effective leaders in their societies, and real contributors to the renaissance of their countries.

For his part, Ghasal affirmed that this course comes within ongoing Arab efforts to support the youth and develop their skills in the fields of creativity and innovation. He expressed his appreciation for the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for hosting the course and its role in enhancing joint Arab action. He explained that leadership in the sports field contributes to transforming skills into sustainable economic opportunities, and that Arab youth are capable of leading a developmental transformation based on knowledge, and he referred to the role of the Arab Ministers of Youth and Sports Council in enhancing an Arab environment supportive of sports innovation.

Al-Hashem outlined that the Hashemite leadership has granted youth a central status in development and modernization projects, stemming from the belief that they are the real wealth and the pillar of the future, and noted that organizing the course in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Arab Ministers of Youth and Sports enhances cooperation and the exchange of expertise between the participating countries.
 She added that entrepreneurship has become an important economic pillar, while sports represent a promising field for investment, and confirmed that the course provides a platform for honing the skills of youth and developing their capabilities.

The first day's events included three dialogical sessions that discussed the topics of sports innovation and entrepreneurship in the new economy, sports innovation leadership, and the sports innovation map in the Arab world, and investing in sports and future markets and opportunities.
