Khaberni - Data from the Central Bank of Jordan showed that foreign currency reserves at the Central Bank have risen to a new record level of 24 billion dollars by the end of October of this year.
The data also indicated that the value of gold assets at the Central Bank of Jordan reached a new record high; reaching 9.275 billion dollars by the end of October of this year.
It was clarified that the number of gold ounces at the Central Bank of Jordan reached 2.334 million ounces by the end of October of this year.
According to the data; the value of foreign reserves covers the Kingdom's imports of goods and services for a period sufficient for 9.1 months. (The Kingdom)
