Khaberni - The regional examination office in Koblenz, western Germany, has warned against a sexual enhancer drug sold online under the name "Black Horse".
The office reported in a statement that "the product is extremely dangerous for not informing buyers of its content of tadalafil, which can cause side effects such as headaches, dizziness, digestive disorders, and vision problems".
The office explained that tadalafil is a prescription drug in Germany and is used under medical supervision to treat erectile dysfunction. It added that "taking it with some heart medications can lead to life-threatening drug interactions".
German customs discovered the product during inspections in the fall, and it was found that the tadalafil level exceeded the daily maximum allowed by 400%.
The office concluded its warning by stating that "sexual enhancers containing undeclared pharmaceutical substances are not a rare occurrence", and strongly advised consumers not to buy these drugs online.
