Khaberni - Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on Wednesday that Russia would consider resuming nuclear tests if Washington proceeded with them, following the remarks of his American counterpart, Donald Trump in this regard.
Putin ordered the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and security agencies to "collect information about this matter" and present "proposals linked to the potential start of preparations for conducting nuclear weapon tests".
