The Central Bank issues treasury bonds worth 85 million

Khaberni - The Central Bank of Jordan issued on behalf of the government, on Wednesday, the ninth issue of the current year's treasury bonds valued at $85 million.

According to the bank's data, the maturity date for the current issue is November 6, 2029, while the bank indicated that the settlement date is November 6, 2025.

Treasury bonds are long-term financing tools with maturities ranging from two to twenty years, varying between government/treasury bonds and bonds issued by corporations.

Meanwhile, treasury bills are short-term government debt instruments issued for terms ranging from 3 to 12 months and are characterized as low-risk financial instruments that are traded in financial markets through buying and selling.
