Khaberni - Lebanese media reported that "the treasurer of Beirut Municipality, Kh. A. A., has been detained following an order by the financial public prosecutor, Judge Maher Shaeto, after the investigation with him was concluded by the state security, resulting from an audit that revealed a shortage in the treasury holdings."
