Khaberni - 1X Robotics officially announced the opening of pre-orders for NEO, the first ready-to-use home robot, designed to automate household chores and provide personal assistance, turning the imagination of human-like robots into tangible reality.
NEO is described as the safest, most efficient, and most cost-effective ever, capable of performing multiple tasks such as folding laundry, arranging shelves, and setting reminders, while giving users more space to manage their time and peace of mind.

NEO features the ability to execute household tasks through simple voice or app commands, with the ability to learn new tasks with the assistance of 1X experts. It also includes a large language model for interaction and natural conversation, with visual and auditory intelligence that enables it to recognize objects and situations, such as suggesting recipes based on available ingredients in the kitchen.
The robot has advanced memory that allows it to track grocery lists, remember events, and continue learning with each interaction, becoming a smart companion that adapts to the user’s lifestyle.
NEO operates with the patented Tendon Drive motor, providing it with natural, smooth, and safe movements, and it weighs only 29.9 kg with the ability to lift up to 69.8 kg. It operates quietly at 22 decibels, quieter than the sound of a modern refrigerator.
It comes equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 5G technologies, and a built-in sound system for entertainment, featuring a sleek design and neutral colors that seamlessly blend into any living space.
It is scheduled to begin shipping in the United States in 2026 at a price of 20,000 dollars for early units, with a monthly subscription of 499 dollars to expand functionality, before expanding globally in 2027.
