Khaberni - The Jordanian Broadcasting and Television Corporation organized, in the presence of the Minister of Government Communication Dr. Mohammed Al-Momani, a ceremony on Sunday through which it revealed the prominent features of the upcoming programming cycle, with the participation of members of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, managers of official media, editors-in-chief of daily newspapers, and representatives of advertising and production companies and the corporation's partners.
Al-Momani praised, in a speech he gave during the ceremony, the corporation's developmental steps, saying: "It is our screen that constantly renews, conveying its message with the spirit of one team and the will for continuous development, towards a modern national media capable of competition, reflecting the beautiful Jordan and expressing the citizen wherever they may be."
Momani added: "This corporation has carried the message of Jordan to the entire world, it has its history, and the esteemed figures who have worked in it have contributed to cementing this journey, and the future for distinguished content, and no institution can provide content that satisfies everyone."
In turn, Gaith Tarawneh, the chairman of the board of directors of the Jordanian Radio and Television Corporation, stated that the cycle was carefully designed to form a qualitative leap in the map of Jordan TV programs, ensuring it is balanced, reflects the diversity of Jordanian society, and addresses its interests, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and impact in reaching the audience.
Tarawneh added: "Jordan TV is capable of providing content that meets ambitions and keeps pace with Jordan's journey which deserves to be enriched."
For his part, the general manager of the corporation, Ibrahim Al-Bawareed, presented the prominent features of the new cycle which combines entertainment and knowledge, identity and openness, and offers a diverse range of economic, social, cultural, and artistic programs, along with quality content that highlights Jordanian success stories and national achievements and celebrates heritage and creativity alike. He mentioned that the news service continues through Jordan TV along with various political and service programs.
The ceremony included the showcasing of promotional videos for the programming cycle starting next month, which bore the essence of renewal and creativity and matched the aspirations of the Jordanian viewer with programs closer to the people and a voice expressing the nation. The audience eagerly anticipated seeing the new look of the screen reflecting the viewers' confidence and the public's love, and opened broader horizons for Jordanian youth and creative minds to boldly and skillfully present their visions.
