Khaberni - On Sunday, U.S. President Donald Trump threatened to send armed American forces to Nigeria if the most populous country in Africa did not stop what he described as "the killing of Christians".
He said on his platform Truth Social, "If the Nigerian government continues to allow the killing of Christians, the United States will immediately stop all aid to Nigeria, and might send armed forces to eliminate the Islamic terrorists committing these terrible atrocities."
He added, "I have instructed the Department of War to prepare for a possible military action."
