Khaberni - Errol Musk, father of American businessman Elon Musk, expressed his belief that American financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein is still alive.
Musk senior told the Russian agency "Novosti": "He is definitely alive, Epstein did not die, there is no doubt about that, I mean there is no possibility, however remote, that he could have died."
He also doubted the official narrative of Epstein's death, pointing to the circumstances of finding his body, noting that the surveillance cameras were disabled at the time of the incident, and that the prison guards were asleep.
According to data from the U.S. Department of Justice, surveillance camera footage in the prison where Epstein was held exhibits a 62 second gap from 23:58:58 to 00:00:00, which was explained as resulting from an automatic daily reset of an old recording system.
It is worth noting that Jeffrey Epstein was an American financier involved in a child sex abuse network, and was arrested in 2019 on charges of sex trafficking and exploitation of minors.
He died in his cell in a Manhattan jail in August of the same year, with authorities declaring it a suicide, but his death stirred controversy and theories about the mysterious death due to his extensive connections with influential figures and concerns about the possibility of covering up sensitive information.
