Khaberni - The newspaper Washington Post revealed that a report from the Office of Inspector General at the U.S. Department of State documented the potential for the Israeli military to have committed hundreds of violations during its military operations in the Gaza Strip.
The report indicated that the findings raise doubts about whether Israel will be held accountable for its actions in the strip, amid increasing international pressure to investigate the alleged violations.
The report also clarified that the Office of Inspector General is gathering evidence related to allegations of humanitarian aid theft by Hamas and other armed groups inside Gaza.
According to the newspaper, the report was completed just days before the ceasefire agreement and is considered one of the most significant oversight documents highlighting the nature of violations and disruptions in delivering humanitarian aid to the sector.
