Khaberni - A lawyer filed a complaint on Wednesday with the Public Prosecutor against the popular singer Rahma Mohsen, accusing her of inciting debauchery and immorality and posting clips and images that offend public decency through social media.
The text of the complaint, according to local media, states that Rahma Mohsen filmed herself in positions considered contrary to public morals and posted those clips on a number of electronic platforms, including the Telegram app, according to the complaint.
The complainant, as a lawyer, demanded an urgent investigation into Rahma Mohsen and the necessary legal actions against her, pointing out that the acts attributed to her violate the penal code and the law against information technology crimes, due to their content deemed offensive to family values and public morals.
At the end of his complaint, the lawyer requested that the incident be referred to the Public Prosecution for investigation and the necessary legal measures be taken.
On her part, the security agencies began examining the circulated video clips and images on social media to verify their authenticity and identify the individuals appearing in them and the circumstances of their publication, in preparation for taking the necessary legal measures if the incident is confirmed.
