Khaberni - Suhail al-Hindi, a member of the Hamas political bureau, said, "We have handed over 16 bodies of Israeli prisoners to date."
He added: We faced great difficulties during the exhumation of the prisoners' bodies and we still demand heavy equipment to retrieve the rest.
He said that the enemy must understand that we are committed to the agreement and that it must stop accusing us of breaking it.
He confirmed, "We requested the enemy's approval for search teams to enter red zones to search for the bodies of their prisoners, and it was denied."
He continued, "We are waiting for the occupation’s approval to allow teams to enter Rafah to search for the bodies of their prisoners, and the resistance has no interest in hiding any prisoner’s body or delaying its delivery."
He added, "We have made every possible effort to recover the bodies and the occupation bears responsibility for the delay in extracting the rest."
He called on the mediators to pressure the enemy to facilitate the extraction of the remaining prisoners' bodies.
