The Minister of Education inspects several schools in the capital.
On Tuesday, the Minister of Education and Instruction, Azmi Governorate, inspected the educational process in schools belonging to the Directorate of Education of Qasbah Amman and the University District.
During his tour, Governorate joined the students of Shukri Sha'shaa School, which is under the directorate of Qasbah Amman Education, in morning assembly activities including the flag-raising.
The tour in Qasbah Amman included Mu'adh bin Jabal School, while in the University District, it included Martyr Monument Secondary School for Boys, Ibn Abbas Secondary School for Boys, Ahmad Al Lozi, Ibn Al Amide, and Thuqan Al Hindawi.
Governorate directed during his visit to Shukri Sha'shaa School to conduct comprehensive maintenance of its facilities, external painting for Thuqan Al Hindawi School, removal of an exterior bleacher posing a danger to students, and the construction of a school playground in its place.
The ministry confirmed its diligence in applying educational legislation, especially regarding school discipline and attendance.
Governorate toured the facilities of the visited schools, including classrooms, laboratories, workshops, and yards, listening to the notes and queries of the administrative and educational staff and students, asserting the ministry's efforts to meet their needs based on priorities and available capabilities.
He followed the progress of the educational process in workshops of the Vocational Education Program (BTEC) in vocational schools to reassure himself about the facilities provided by the ministry that contribute to the success of the program, listening to students and teachers' observations.
