The incident occurred during the filming of an episode of "Ghost Adventures", where the host Aaron Goodwin was explaining how to take photos in dark places, before receiving the report that prompted him to immediately leave the location with his confused companion.
The police arrested his wife, Victoria Goodwin, on charges of conspiring to commit murder by hiring a mercenary, after investigations revealed her agreement with a prisoner in Florida to pay an amount of 11,515 dollars, including 2,500 in advance, to carry out the crime.
Victoria confessed during court hearings to her danger to her husband as part of a legal agreement to mitigate the sentence, to avoid a lengthy trial and possible imprisonment.
