Khaberni - In the recent period, we have witnessed economic tensions between China and the United States where Trump started this trade war by levying customs duties on Chinese goods entering their country. However, the Chinese dragon did not sit idly by, but made several offensive decisions against the United States, including issuing a decision banning Chinese companies from importing the artificial intelligence chips H 20 from Nvidia, and requested Huawei to manufacture those electronic chips locally instead of the American ones, considering it a response to the American decision to impose restrictions on the export of American chips to China for security, technological, and military reasons. It became clear to Chinese companies that these chips were less efficient and of lower quality, as China found that these electronic chips allow a certain duration of use after which they are disabled and provide information about the location, time, and purpose of use, which China found to be a threat to its digital data base and a risk to its security portfolio.
With these decisive decisions by China, the American company Nvidia incurred massive losses in its market shares, totaling approximately $112 billion. On the other hand, Huawei has relied on its manufacturers, forcing them to manufacture those electronic chips with the same efficiency and quality or even higher, especially the artificial intelligence processor H 20.
Apart from that, and from another perspective, China has dealt a painful blow to the United States' agriculture sector by issuing a decision to ban the import of American agricultural products, especially soybeans and corn, which has led to the glut of agricultural products among farmers despite the abundance of crops this year, with no buyers or clients. As China is the largest importer from the United States, importing about half of America's production of soybean and corn products, this has inflicted huge losses on the agricultural sector exceeding $25 billion due to Trump's decisions to impose customs duties on China, where China imported soybeans and corn from Argentina and Brazil, putting Trump and the American administration in an embarrassing situation. The American administration then allocated sums in the general budget to support the farmers with $15 million to avoid this crisis, as the United States is considered the second largest exporter of soybeans and corn after Brazil in the world, producing approximately 119 million tons annually.
