Khaberni - An ordinary visit to a seafood restaurant in the city of Fuzhou in China's Fujian Province turned into a chaotic movie-like scene, after a huge aquarium inside the restaurant suddenly exploded, flooding the dining hall with copious water and dozens of live fish swimming between the tables and astonishing the diners.
According to the New York Post, the staff were busy in the kitchen when the new aquarium completely collapsed, resulting in a forceful flow of water towards the dining area, amid screams and confusion from the patrons who saw fish scattered and moving in all directions.
The video, which captured the moment, gained widespread attention on social media, where comments poured in poking fun; some users said the restaurant offers "very fast service", while others observed that the ingredients are "so fresh they come to the customers themselves".
Despite the unclear extent of the material losses so far, the owner of the restaurant attempted to manage the situation, announcing that all meals that day would be free, a gesture that was welcomed by the customers who evidently won't forget this unique experience!
