Khaberni - The Traffic Safety Directorate in the Ministry of Public Works made adjustments to the operation phases of the traffic signal at the entrance of Ain Al-Basha (Al-Kassarat), on the Amman-Salt road, in a way that suits the volume of traffic at the intersection.
The Directorate explained that the signal will operate according to the new system as follows:
The traffic coming from Amman towards Salt, allowing a turn from the same lane back towards Amman.
The main traffic coming from Salt combined with the main traffic coming from Amman.
The traffic coming from Salt, allowing a turn towards Ain Al-Basha.
The traffic coming from Ain Al-Basha separately.
The traffic coming from Abu Tara separately.
The Directorate called on citizens to pay close attention to the traffic light and its new operation mode, confirming that the signal timings have been modified to suit the morning and evening peak periods.
