Khaberni - His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Ensour, President of the Board of Trustees of Zaytuna University in Jordan, sponsored the ceremony announcing the results of the Hajj Ali Al-Qarm Competition for Excellence and Innovation in its fourth session, attended by the University President Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali, Vice President Professor Dr. Tareq Al-Qarm, members of the Board of Trustees, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors His Excellency Engineer Iyad Al-Qarm, deans of colleges, department directors, heads of departments, and a number of faculty and administrative body members, alongside university guests and the president and members of the General Service and Administration body.

University President Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Majali expressed the university's pride and honor in hosting this event, which embodies the values of loyalty and excellence, affirming that the award is named after a man who devoted his life to serving the nation and education, thus becoming a symbol of giving, building, and dedication. He pointed out that the university continues to follow the path of its founder, Hajj Ali Al-Qarm, who believed in the mission of higher education and its role in human development and community enhancement.

Dr. Al-Majali clarified that the themes of the current competition session aligned with global transformations in technology, digital transformation, and renewable energy fields, noting that specialized committees worked with high professionalism and transparency to select the winning works in the fields of authorship, scientific research, student projects, and postgraduate theses. He also congratulated the winners, confirming that the university has achieved significant progress in local and international academic rankings thanks to the efforts of its staff and the excellence of its students.

The results of the Hajj Ali Al-Qarm Competition for Excellence and Innovation in its fourth session are as follows: In the authorship field, the first area titled "The Impact of Using Technology in Education and Skill Development at Early Childhood", the book "Educational Technology and Early Childhood" by Dr. Omar Hafez Al-Basiouni and Dr. Dina Ahmad Mansour from the Arab Republic of Egypt won. In the second area titled "Modern Trends in Information Technology and Its Applications", the book "Operations Management: Technological Practices and Practical Applications for Producing Goods and Services" by Dr. Kafiya Muhammad Taha Abdullah and Professor Dr. Moayad Al-Fawa'ir from Jordan won. In the third area titled "Digital Transformation in Business", the book "Business Intelligence Project Management" by Dr. Jamal Subhi Hajir, Professor Dr. Moayad Al-Fawa'ir, Professor Dr. Raed Misbah Al-Qarm, Dr. Bilal Ali Nassar, and Dr. Firas Al-Jughbeer from Jordan won. While in the fourth area titled "Renewable Energy", the book "Renewable Energy Project Management" authored by Dr. Jamal Subhi Hajir from Jordan won.

In the Outstanding Researcher axis, Professor Dr. Iqbal Hamza Ahmed Jibril from the College of Science and Information Technology won in the field of Basic and Applied Sciences, Dr. Alaa Mahmoud Ahmad Hammad from the College of Pharmacy in the field of Health Sciences, and Dr. Ayman Abdul Majid Al-Samadi from the College of Business in the field of Humanities.

As for the Best Master's Thesis at Zaytuna University in Jordan, the student, Shareen Abdullah Salem Al-Qawa'ba, supervised by Professor Dr. Abdul Razaq Shahada, won in the field of Humanities for her thesis titled "The Impact of Operational Characteristics on the Transparency and Continuity of Profits in Industrial Companies Listed in Amman Stock Exchange" from the College of Business. Omar Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Qaisi, supervised by Professor Dr. Soheir Al-Ghabish, also won in the field of Applied Sciences for his thesis titled "Evaluation of Pain Management Quality in Orthopedic Patients After Surgery and Its Impact on Sleep Quality and Patient Satisfaction" from the College of Nursing.

In the Best Bachelor's Graduation Project axis, the student Raneem Jamal Ayoub Hamdan won in the field of Humanities, supervised by Dr. Abdullah Abdel Moneim, for her project "Protective Clothing for Displaced People in Gaza" from the Fashion Design major. Safa Hussein Mustafa Mazhar won in the field of Applied Sciences, supervised by Dr. Fidaa Tawfiq Sharif Abdel Hamid, for the project "Modern Tower Technology for Vertical Farming" from the major of Architectural Engineering. Also, a repeated project titled "Artificial Recycling System" by the student Ruwaid Mohammad Nader Al-Homsi and her colleagues Farah Ramadan Sabra, Ayat Maher Al-Asaad, and Sarah Abdullah Al-Darawish, supervised by Dr. Bilal Al-Hawashin, from the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence major, won.

In his speech, Dr. Jamal Subhi Hajir expressed his happiness with winning the Hajj Ali Al-Qarm Award for Excellence and Innovation, considering it the fruit of collective effort and long passion for science and knowledge, and a leading platform to enhance scientific research and encourage creativity in various fields. He thanked the scientific committee for their integrity in evaluation and Zaytuna University for its continuous support, affirming that his book "Renewable Energy Project Management" handles energy resources from a managerial, strategic, and financial perspective, in line with the goals of sustainable development, and that this recognition serves as an incentive to continue giving and innovating for science and the nation.

Dr. Alaa Hammad also expressed her pride in receiving the Outstanding Researcher Award, considering this honor a culmination of years of hard work in scientific research, and a belief that dedication to science does not go unnoticed. She explained that her research focused on studying addiction and understanding its neurological and inflammatory mechanisms to develop treatment and rehabilitation methods, affirming that this honor is the result of collective effort and support from Zaytuna University and her esteemed family, and a motivation to continue giving and building.

At the end of the ceremony, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Ensour honored the winners, expressing his pride in the exceptional level of works presented.
