Khaberni - American sources said today, Monday, that a federal appeals court will consider today arguments about the legality of Alina Habba, the former lawyer for US President Donald Trump, in her current position as Attorney General in New Jersey.

The "Associated Press" and other American sources confirmed that the Philadelphia Court of Appeals will hear the arguments, following a confirmation by an American judge in August (August), that after "a new series of legal and personal actions, it was determined that Habba legally holds the position of the American Attorney General for New Jersey."

The judge's decision allows for the nullification of the acts of the former president's lawyer since last July, but he suspended his decision until the US Department of Justice can appeal.

The US government stated in legal briefs before the Monday session that Habba legally holds this position under federal law that allows her to occupy the position of first assistant attorney general, which is the position to which Trump appointed her.

It is noted that Alina Habba, an American of Chaldean Iraqi descent, is the second Arab appointed by the American administration to a high judicial position, after the Lebanese Janine Pirro, the federal Attorney General in Washington.
