Khaberni - The Washington Post quoted a source saying that U.S. Vice President JD De Vance will discuss with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu—during his expected visit tomorrow to Tel Aviv—the next phase of the ceasefire plan in Gaza, deploying a multinational force in the sector, and disarming the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas.
The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation reported that De Vance plans to visit the Gaza Strip during his expected visit.
On the other hand, Channel 12 Hebrew reported that American envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner informed Netanyahu that he could defend himself without jeopardizing the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.
The channel noted that during the meeting, Netanyahu and Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer reiterated Israel's commitment to the ceasefire and expected Hamas to adhere to it.
The U.S. envoys arrived in Tel Aviv on Monday, on the eve of the expected visit tomorrow by De Vance, and subsequently held a meeting with Netanyahu.
Haaretz quoted informed sources saying that their visit aims to prepare for the Vice President's arrival and discuss files for the next phase of President Donald Trump's plan in the region.
