Iranian General Reveals This is How We Warned Hezbollah About Pager Devices Video

Khaberni - Major General Mohammad Reza Naqdi, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Deputy Commander for Coordination, disclosed that his country previously warned Hezbollah about the risks associated with the use of call devices (pagers) they had purchased.

In a television interview, Reza Naqdi stated that "Hezbollah" officials responded by saying these devices were cheaper than the models Iran offered them, according to what Iranian media reported yesterday Sunday.

Several areas in Lebanon witnessed a series of explosions on September 17th and 18th of last year (2024), targeting pager devices and walkie-talkie devices at that time.

The operation, which was described as a "technological and security earthquake", marked a significant turning point in the undeclared war between the two sides, after targeting a sensitive system of a security/cyber nature, and was considered the first of its kind globally in terms of accuracy, complexity, and long-term planning.

Earlier, Iranian media outlets quoted the Speaker of the Parliament, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, saying that "Israel wanted to carry out a similar operation against Hezbollah five years ago."

Qalibaf revealed that "Israel managed to access some chips in our missile systems, and we discovered that."
