Khaberni - U.S. President Donald Trump said there is no "definite timetable" for disarming Hamas.

He added that the implementation of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza depends on developments on the field and politically during the next stage.

Trump also explained in an interview with "Fox News" that reaching the agreement was only possible "after excluding Iran from this path and eliminating its nuclear capabilities," noting that his administration is closely monitoring developments in the Gaza Strip.

He continued, "There is no timeline, there is no strict path, but we will see how things go," pointing out that Hamas has "to do what falls on it during this stage."

In response to a question about his plans for developing Gaza, Trump said, "I liked it as a place that can be called the place of freedom. We will work to ensure that all people living there receive decent homes across the area. Egypt has a lot of land, and Jordan has a lot of land."

Last Thursday, U.S. President Donald Trump threatened military action against Hamas in Gaza, following previous statements supporting what the movement does against the occupation's agents.

Trump said in a post on his Truth Social platform, "If Hamas continues to kill people.. we will have no choice but to go there and kill them."

These statements contradict what Trump said last Tuesday, during a meeting with his Argentine counterpart Javier Milei, stating that Hamas' execution of a group of Israeli agents in Gaza did not bother him, "That's fine. Two very bad gangs."

Trump had previously spoken in the past few days about the need for Hamas to dispose of its weapons or be forced to do so.
