The "National Golden List" program, launched by the General Customs Department, aims to enhance the concept of partnership with the private sector by providing compliant companies with customs facilities and privileges including fast release of goods, pre-clearance of data, priority in green lanes, reduced audit and field review procedures, in addition to granting them official honors in recognition of their role in supporting the national business environment.
The inclusion of companies in the program is based on a set of criteria, most notably voluntary compliance with customs laws, implementation of security and safety controls in supply chains, financial and customs disclosure transparency, and the company’s positive record in its dealings with customs.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Arab Potash Company, Engineer Shahada Abu Hudaib, expressed his pride in the company’s inclusion in the National Golden List, confirming that this achievement reflects the company's continuous commitment to applying the highest standards of efficiency and governance in all its operations, noting that this honor represents an appreciation of the company's efforts in facilitating the movement of national exports and maintaining Jordan's reputation as a trusted center in global fertilizer trade.

The listing of "Arab Potash" in the national program of the Golden List is an extension of its journey in achieving institutional excellence, and its commitment to customs regulations and instructions, which contributes to supporting the national economic growth strategy, and establishing Jordan’s position as a regional center in mining and manufacturing industries.
Moreover, the inclusion of the company in the National Golden List provides a number of privileges and facilities that contribute to speeding up customs procedures and enhancing supply efficiency. These include expanding the use of the green lane and the immediate release of imported materials without inspection, prioritizing the completion of transactions and laboratory tests, fast release of goods before the completion of the customs declaration, exemption of loaded trucks from customs numbering, doubling the general guarantees granted to companies, granting moral privileges to listed companies, besides exempting goods arriving for security companies from the condition of inspection at the entry center and allowing direct inspection at the concerned bonded warehouse according to the computerized selection system.
The companies listed in this program directly cooperate with seven key government entities including the General Customs Department, the Institution of Standards and Metrology, the Food and Drug Corporation, the Energy Regulatory Commission, the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Environment, aiming to facilitate the transaction processes and simplify procedures, enhancing the speed of commercial movement and logistical performance efficiency.
It is noted that the "Golden List" program is part of the application of the Safe Trade Facilitation Standards framework launched by the World Customs Organization (WCO) under the concept of the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), aiming to enhance mutual trust between customs administrations and compliant companies, providing a safe and smooth trading environment at both national and international levels.
