Khaberni - The Huffington Post claimed last Friday that the White House spokesperson, Caroline Levitt, chose a strange answer when she was faced with a question from a reporter, which read as follows, "Who chose Budapest to host the summit between US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin?" Levitt replied, "Your mother did it!".
The reporter "S V Datti" wrote in an article published by The Huffington Post that when the question was directed via text messages with the spokesperson about who chose the Hungarian capital to host the Putin and Trump summit, the spokesperson replied "Your mother did it", followed by a stream of insults that described his newspaper as a fake news outlet.. The reporter Datti did not publish details of the conversation in question..
The newspaper did not disclose the identity of the reporter who asked the question, nor has any evidence emerged so far on this matter, stating that the incident occurred on October 17, but it did not appear if this was at a press conference, instead, media outlets indicated that the incident occurred via text messages and correspondence between the reporter and Levitt, but these text messages have not been published yet.
The newspaper claimed that the reason for this strange response from the White House spokesperson was that the newspaper is considered to belong to the left-wing liberal current in the United States, which fiercely opposes the current president, Donald Trump.
In turn, the White House has not yet commented on the incident.
