Khaberni - The "Ansar Allah" Houthi group announced today, Thursday, the killing of Major General Mohammed Abdul Karim Al-Ghamari, the Chief of Staff.
The Yemeni armed forces stated in a declaration, "We report to our dear Yemeni Muslim Mujahid nation within the convoy of the great martyrs who ascended in various raids carried out by the criminal American Zionist aggression on our country over the past two years of the Al-Aqsa Flood battle and who have earned the great honor in shedding their blood in this honorable battle against the Israeli enemy. Major General Mohammed Abdul Karim Al-Ghamari, along with some of his companions and his martyred son Hussein, who was 13 years old, have ascended with their pure souls while performing their Jihad duty and fulfilling their faithful obligation as happy martyrs within the convoy of the great martyrs on the path to Jerusalem."
The statement mentioned that "the total operations carried out by the Yemeni armed forces over the past two years amounted to (758) operations carried out with (1835) involving ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, hypersonic weapons, drones, and warships. Similarly, the naval forces carried out their operations against Israeli ships and those violating the Yemeni ban on Israeli navigation with (346) operations in the operational theater extending from the Red Sea and Bab el-Mandeb to the Gulf of Aden, Arabian Sea, and Indian Ocean, targeting more than (228) ships. By the grace of God and His help, during the Al-Aqsa Flood battle, our air defenses managed to shoot down (22) MK-9 American reconnaissance planes and launched (40) defensive operations against enemy aviation in various formations, reaching strategic bombers with more than (57) missiles, thwarting several aggressive operations and forcing many enemy war formations to leave."
