Khaberni - Citizens in Al-Nuzha village, adjacent to Al-Wala Dam in Madaba Governorate, staged a protest sit-in on Monday, protesting against a decision by the Jordan Valley Authority.
According to the protesters who informed Khaberni, the protest was due to the authority renting out lands it owns, which resulted in the closure of a livestock path leading to a nearby water source.
The protesters demanded secure access to the stream to water their livestock.
