Khaberni - The Prisoners' Media Office published the lists of freed prisoners in the Al-Aqsa Flood deal on Monday morning, amid preparations to receive the freed prisoners in a patriotic atmosphere.
The list of freed prisoners includes 250 prisoners serving life sentences and those with high sentences, and 1700 detainees from Gaza who were arrested by the occupation forces after October 7, 2023.
The prisoner exchange deal between Israel and Hamas came into effect this Monday morning, days after the announcement of the ceasefire, under the auspices of Egypt, Qatar, Turkey, and the USA.
The correspondent of the Palestinian Media Center reported that Palestinian buses moved from Gaza to the Kerem Shalom crossing to transport the Palestinian prisoners scheduled to be released.
Sources from Hamas confirmed that the logistical preparations for executing the exchange operation and receiving the freed prisoners in a patriotic atmosphere are complete.
The police announced the implementation of strict traffic and security measures around the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, as part of the arrangements for receiving the freed prisoners today, Monday.
With the release of this batch, the resistance led by the Al-Qassam Brigades has released more than 3985 prisoners in 3 deals during the Al-Aqsa Flood battle, including: 486 prisoners serving life sentences, 319 with high sentences, 33 expected life and high sentences, 144 women, 297 children, and 2724 prisoners from Gaza arrested after October 7, 2023.
