Khaberni - Captain Kifah Al-Hazaimeh from the Traffic Department said that this Sunday morning, they dealt with an accident involving two vehicles, and a broken-down vehicle inside the Al-Masha'ghil Tunnel, which serves traffic coming from the northern complex towards the Tareq Complex, caused a traffic crisis. The incident was handled and traffic flow was restored to normal.
First Lieutenant Anas Al-Khaldi from the highway patrol said that they dealt with a bus breakdown near Al-Hurra signal, which caused a traffic jam until the situation was addressed.
He added in the traffic report on the Public Security radio that within the past 24 hours, a collision between two vehicles on the Irbid - Mafraq road was handled, resulting in two moderate injuries.
The handling of a diesel spill in Al-Quweira area, near Al-Ittihad Bridge towards Amman, was also reported. Traffic was halted temporarily as a precaution until the diesel was buried.
