Khaberni - Central Toyota, announced the launch of the nineteenth edition of the "Toyota Dream Car Art Contest" for children in Jordan, as part of a global initiative that allows them to express their creative imagination and envision the future of transportation in unconventional ways, with registration opening from November 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026, providing participants ample time to prepare and submit their works.
The contest targets children residing in Jordan who are 15 years old or younger, divided into three age categories: under 7 years, 8-11 years, and 12-15 years. They can visit a special contest page to view all the details and register by filling out the submission form and attaching a copy of their artwork within the specified deadline.
The entries will undergo a thorough evaluation process conducted by a panel of artists, and the winners from each age category will be announced later during a special ceremony organized by Central Toyota at its showroom on Mecca Street.
The first-place winners in each age category will receive an iPad with an Apple Pencil, in addition to a cash prize of 200 Jordanian Dinars, while the second-place winners will get a set of drawing supplies and a cash prize of 100 Dinars. The third-place winners will receive drawing supplies and a cash prize of 75 Dinars.
The first-place winners in the national contest will qualify to represent Jordan in the global competition held in Japan in 2026; where the works of winners from various countries compete, and the global champion will earn a prestigious cash prize.
Regarding the significance of this initiative, Nadim Haddad, the Executive Director of "Central", commented: "When children draw their dream cars from Toyota, they provide creative visions that reflect their thinking of new, eco-friendly transportation solutions, and inspire us with unusual design details or ideas. And when these visions find their way to Japan, they meet with the creativity of children from around the world, which we see as an extension of Central Toyota's commitment to supporting local talent."
