Khaberni - The Saudi Authority for Accredited Appraisers launched the "Marje3" platform, which relies on artificial intelligence and machine learning to specify accurate guiding prices for vehicles, with the goal of achieving fairness and transparency among market parties and reducing disparities in prices, in a new step towards digital transformation and the regulation of the vehicle market in Saudi Arabia.
The spokesperson for the Authority, Saad Al-Bayez, told "Alarabiya.net" that the platform represents a reliable reference for estimating car prices in the Kingdom, through comprehensive analysis of vehicle specifications and its market value, indicating that it is part of the Authority's efforts to enhance reliability and regulate the buying and selling processes.
Artificial intelligence analyzes the market
Al-Bayez explained that the "Marje3" platform relies on artificial intelligence algorithms to collect and analyze data from multiple and reliable sources, using machine learning techniques, to continuously update prices in line with the dynamic changes in the Saudi market.
He added that the platform contributes to reducing price gaps between sellers and buyers through relying on real data, which limits individual judgments and random pricing and enhances confidence in the market.
Integration with traffic and insurance
Al-Bayez indicated that the Authority is working on linking the platform with traffic systems, insurance companies, the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, and the Taqdeer system, to form an integrated unified data system, including accurate information about the vehicle history, the number of previous owners, and actual use, which increases the quality and accuracy of pricing.
He confirmed that "Marje3" represents a qualitative leap in the Saudi vehicle market, as it allows for more fair and transparent pricing for all parties, standardizes the adopted assessment standards, which enhances confidence in electronic transactions, and serves the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 towards complete digital transformation and professional market regulation.
