The selection of Jordanian coach Fadi Ananza among the elite coaches of Europe

Jordanian coach Fadi Ananza achieved a new milestone that adds to the portfolio of Jordanian expertise in the sports field, after being selected among Khaberni - 30 coaches from a total of 300 participants from various countries of Europe and the world, to participate in the UEFA Elite Scout Programme (ESP) organized by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).

This program is considered one of the strongest and most prestigious training programs in the world, aimed at developing elite scouts and trainers in performance analysis, talent discovery, and contract management, and is held in London, Lisbon, and the UEFA headquarters in Nyon – Switzerland.

Fadi Ananza, who also holds British and French nationality, occupies the position of assistant technical director and head of player development at the Saudi Arabian Football Federation within the "Future Falcons" program held in Barcelona, which aims to prepare the best Saudi talents to join prestigious European clubs such as Real Madrid, Liverpool, Juventus, and Atlético Madrid.

Ananza possesses a distinguished academic and training record, holding a Master’s in Business and Sports Management from the University of London, a Bachelor's in Sports Science and Coaching, as well as a UEFA A License, a PRO Asian License, and a FIFA Professional Diploma, besides being an alumnus of the Arsenal Academy.

He has also worked in several technical positions both inside and outside Jordan, including: Technical Coach at the Jordan Football Association, Technical Director of London Tigers in England, and a coach at the Arsenal Academy , contributing to the development and discovery of more than 50 players who joined the ranks of the Jordanian and Saudi national teams.
