The national football team increased the pace of its preparations during its ongoing training in Izmit, Turkey, in anticipation of facing the Bolivia team in a friendly at seven in the evening, Friday at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadium, as part of the preparations for the 2025 FIFA Arab Cup and the 2026 World Cup finals.
The team held its training session this evening, Tuesday, under coach Jamal Salami, with a full squad after all players joined, except for Muhannad Abu Taha who will join Al-Nashama tomorrow coming from Iraq.
The team’s list includes 29 players: Yazid Abu Layla, Noor Bani Attiyah, Malik Shalabiya, Abdullah Naseeb, Youssef Abu Jazar, Mohammad Abu Al Nadi, Hadi Al Horani, Saleem Obeid, Sa'ad Roussan, Muhannad Abu Taha, Mohammad Abu Hashish, Ali Hajbi, Adham Al Quraishi, Essam Al Samiri, Nizar Al Rashdan, Ibrahim Saadah, Noor Al Rawabdeh, Amer Jamous, Ahmad Al Salman, Musa Al Taamari, Mahmoud Murdi, Ali Alwan, Ali Azayzeh, Mohammad Abu Zreiq, Oudai Al Fakhouri, Abdullah Owad, Rizq Bani Hani, Ibrahim Sabra, and Yazan Al Naimat.
The team is expected to head to the Albanian capital, Tirana, on the upcoming Saturday, 11th, to face the Albanian team in a friendly match on Tuesday, the 14th of the current month.
Through providing training camps and friendly matches for the team, the Jordanian Football Association aims to achieve the highest levels of preparation and support for Al-Nashama, in anticipation of participating in the FIFA Arab Cup 2025 in Qatar, and the World Cup 2026 competitions in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
