Concluded BPG, a member of the WPP network and a leader in marketing solutions and multiple award winner, the events of its twenty-ninth annual meeting, which was held over three days on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi under the motto "Culture is the Basis."
More than 150 employees from various company offices in the UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, in addition to teams working remotely from Canada, France, Egypt, Lebanon, India, and Southeast Asia, representing 28 nationalities participated in the event. This diversity reflects the company's commitment to cultural openness, proving that corporate culture is not merely a promotional slogan, but a genuine pillar of creativity, growth, and achieving tangible results for clients.
Culture as a Source of Excellence and Performance
In a year where competition for talent increased and the pace of digital transformation and reliance on artificial intelligence accelerated, BPG chose to focus on what it considers the foundation of its strength: humanity. While technology provides the capability to expand, it is the human element that gives this capability meaning and value.

During the event, Toby Hoare, Global Client Director for Unilever at WPP and a board member ofBPG, delivered a keynote titled "Culture: The Strongest Invisible Asset," asserting that culture is not a spontaneous outcome but a strategic decision that defines the future of companies. He stated, "Every company has a culture. The difference is: do you establish your culture by strategic decision or let it form spontaneously? What distinguishes BPG is that it lives its culture in daily practices and directs it with clear goals and real success stories that unite individuals around its values."
Elite leaders and experts participated in the discussion, including Amer Al Haj, CEO at WPP Media Middle East and North Africa, Anoop Ravindranath, General Manager at Honda Motor Middle East and Africa, Kenny Boar, a founding partner at Rebel One, and Kinda Aga, Head of Marketing for Clothing Brands at Alshaya Group Kuwait.
The sessions discussed how corporate culture provides new insights for brands and solidifies their relationship with consumers in a rapidly growing region.
