Khaberni - The diplomatic mediation conducted by Turkey, Bahrain, and Jordan resulted in the release of two Kuwaiti detainees among the activists of the "Fleet of Steadfastness" aimed at breaking the siege on Gaza, which Israel had overtaken and detained hundreds of participants.
Knowledgeable sources confirmed that the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on its own initiative, informed the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry that it would include the names of the detained Kuwaiti citizens in Israel in the list of Turkish activists for whom it would press for release. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan confirmed that his government is transferring the detained activists of the global "Fleet of Steadfastness" from Israel to Turkey, according to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Anba.
It was pointed out that the plane designated to return his country's activists yesterday included not only Turks but also activists from many other countries. In this context, sources highlighted the clear and prominent role played by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait, Ambassador Sheikh Jeraah Jaber Al-Ahmad, and his vigorous follow-up on the case of the detained Kuwaitis in Israeli captivity, ensuring total communication with all parties to check on their conditions.

Sources mentioned that the Kuwaitis released from the "Fleet of Steadfastness" were Dr. Mohammad Jamal and Abdullah Al-Mutawa, while the citizen Khaled Al-Abduljader has not yet been released, but is expected to be released today. The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its gratitude and appreciation of the State of Kuwait to Turkey, Bahrain, Jordan, and all brotherly and friendly countries for their cooperation which resulted in the release of the Kuwaiti detainees.
