Khaberni - The general assembly of Tafila Rehabilitation Foundation elected a new board of directors by acclamation today, Saturday.
The new administrative body included Mustafa Al-Aouran as president, Eyad Al-Hajjaj as vice president, Ibrahim Al-Atiywi as secretary, Jihad Al-Sharaydeh as treasurer, Farid Al-Haloul as head of the executive committee, and the members Odeh Allah Al-Qataitat, Saleh Al-Aouran, Subhi Al-Badarin, and Jumaa Al-Nazami, along with two representatives from Greater Tafila Municipality, namely the head of the municipal committee Dr. Mohammad Al-Karemiyyin Al-Khasba, and the committee member engineer Ma'mar Al-Qawabah.
52 members out of 72 participated in the foundation's elections, and the general assembly reviewed the administrative report and the achievements accomplished over the past years.
Al-Aouran said that the new administrative body would set an ambitious plan aimed at continuing the implementation of vital projects targeting the improvement of service and educational reality in Tafila, including the completion of the model school funded by the sister state of Kuwait, and the establishment of recreational facilities for families and children in various areas of the governorate.
