Khaberni - The Royal Will has been issued approving Cabinet Decision No. (4993) dated 9/8/2025, including the approval of the following:
Firstly: - Appointment of His Holiness Archimandrite Melatios Khalil Ibrahim Basal as the Head of the Ecclesiastical First Instance Court in Jerusalem.
Secondly: - Appointment of His Holiness Archimandrite Christophoros Ade Youssef Saleem Haddad as the Head of the Ecclesiastical First Instance Court in Amman.
Thirdly: - The following are appointed as members of the Ecclesiastical First Instance Court in Amman:
- His Holiness Archimandrite Silwanos Mahnad Issa Salem Hanouna.
- His Holiness Archimandrite Eftimios Khalil Moussa Khalil Fawazlah.
- His Holiness Economos Romanos Raed Naif Salem Al-Samawi.
- His Holiness Father Zakaria Milad Elias Khalil Rizk.
- His Holiness Father Arsanios Jeries Aqil Saleem Al-Makhamera.
This is based on the provisions of Article (3/b) of the Law of Christian Community Councils No. (28) of the year 2014.
