Israel Takes Control of the Last Ship of the Steadfastness Fleet

Khaberni - The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that the Navy announced its control a short while ago over the ship Marinette, the last ship of the Steadfastness fleet, meanwhile, Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported that the Israeli authorities have decided to start deporting activists of the Steadfastness fleet who sign the deportation orders.

The Steadfastness fleet announced last night on social media that the ship Marinette continues its voyage towards the Gaza Strip, despite all ships of the Steadfastness fleet being intercepted.

Al Jazeera's correspondent reported that the Marinette - carrying six activists from various countries - reached a distance of 54 nautical miles (about 100 kilometers) from Gaza, surpassing the area where the first ships of the fleet were intercepted by about 20 miles.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry warned on Thursday that "if the ship approaches, its attempt to enter an active combat zone and break the blockade will also be repelled".
