Khaberni - In a video interview conducted with him during New York Fashion Week, the artist Mohamed Ramadan expressed his vision for his career and his future ambitions, confirming that he is working to achieve a global presence.

The artist Mohamed Ramadan shared a new video via his official accounts, documenting a conversation he had during his visit to the United States, coinciding with his recognition during New York Fashion Week activities, where he was named "the most stylish in Africa," according to Rolling Stone.

During the interview, Ramadan answered the question: "Who is Mohamed Ramadan?" saying: "I am a simple Egyptian young man, from a modest family, who had a huge dream, bigger than himself, but he trusted God and believed in the laws that God set in life, so he adhered to them until he became Egypt's first star, then the Arab world's first star, and now he is in the last phase of high school for the continent of Africa, and is preparing to move to the global stage."

He added that his journey was not without challenges, explaining that he motivated himself by reading, and he cited a quote from the writer George Bernard Shaw: "A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor." He considered that the obstacles he faced in his life were reasons for building his inner strength and motivation to continue and progress. He said, "I used the suffering I went through as fuel to increase my determination and energy."

Ramadan also referred to some moments that he considers milestones in his artistic career, confirming his happiness at participating in the opening ceremony of the African Nations Cup in Ivory Coast, describing it as an unprecedented event for any Arab artist, in addition to his appearance at the famous Coachella festival in the United States as the first Egyptian artist to participate in it.

Ramadan clarified that his dream is no less difficult than that of the first man to climb to the moon, saying: "When he said I will climb the moon, people thought him crazy, because there was no reference before him, and as the first Arab to break the boundaries of the Middle East, I know that there is no reference for this, but I consider myself the reference for the coming generations."

Ramadan concluded his talk by referring to the symbolism of the number 3, which he sees as a confirmation of his steadfast steps, explaining that his appearance in these international forums reflects a balanced development, saying: "The third step is always a confirmation, and I see that my steps are steady and sound."

On the artistic front, Mohamed Ramadan has been busy recently filming the movie "Black Lion," which he co-stars with a number of artists, including: Magdy El-Kadwany, Sherif Salama, Khaled El-Sawy, Ahmed Abdel Hamid, and Razan Jamal. The film is written by Mohamed, Sherine, and Khaled Diab, and directed by Mohamed Diab.
