Khaberni - Israeli occupation government Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, after his meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump in Washington, said there is a "radical shift" in the international stance toward the war in Gaza, pointing out that the pressure is now directed at Hamas, not Israel.
Netanyahu explained in press statements after his meeting with President Trump that Israel has been able to isolate Hamas from the international community, adding, "Instead of Hamas isolating us, we turned things upside down — we isolated Hamas, and made the Arab and Islamic world a tool to pressure Hamas to accept the terms and the plan that I set up with President Trump."
Regarding the political aspect of the American peace plan, Netanyahu emphasized his total rejection of the idea of establishing a Palestinian state, saying, "This is not written in the agreement, we will strongly oppose the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, which is an unacceptable idea," clarifying, "President Trump told me he understands that, and of course, we will not agree to it."
