Khaberni - The spokesman for the Public Security Directorate said that the workers in the Drug Enforcement Administration worked for weeks on following the investigation and gathering information about a criminal cell linked to regional gangs for drug smuggling and storing large quantities of drugs in the Madaba Governorate in order to sell and promote them.
The spokesman confirmed that after gathering all the data and information and identifying the suspected individuals and drug storage locations, they raided and arrested 14 members of the cell, while at the same time raiding the drug storage location, inspecting it, and seizing 160 kilograms of hashish, half a kilogram of cocaine, and quantities of narcotic pills.
